    All,

    I mistakenly purchased a major IC for china instead of a minor one.  Major IC’s can’t be purchased outside of originally owned territories, so I cannot place it.

    What is the protocol here?  Do I replay the turn (single combat in Yunnan), roll the purchase back and substitute other units (how?), or do I lose the IC and roll the IPC’s to the next round?

    I apologize again for the delays.  My partner seems to be MIA :-o and I’ve been holding off on Japan to give him a chance to chime in.

    Mistakes happen, no worries.  I know there is a way to edit your past moves; however, I am not 100% sure how you do it.

    Being that there was virtually no combat in the past round, it may be easiest to just re-do the move.  That way you can pick up the minor IC and not waste the IPCs spent on the major factory.  If you want to re-do the move, it would be fine with me.

    just re-do the turn, run the combat as many times as it takes to get the same result or just run the whole turn and edit any change caused by a different combat result.

    At the top left of the screen, where it same GAME,  click that, and you will see ENABLE EDIT MODE.

    EDIT MODE, works in all but movement phases, and lets you add/remove units/ipc’s etc from the board.

    I ended my placement without placing the maj IC.  TripleA seemed to take the 30 IPC’s anyhow, so the only changes I made were to add 30 IPC’s worth of units (a minor IC, 1dd, 1tt, 1inf) instead of adding any IPC’s.

    I am looking over the board and the buys are fine; however, it looks like Japan lost a lot of planes.  I am not seeing any air craft in Asia… no Strat bombers, tacs, or fighters anywhere?  Look this over board and let me know what you think… I assume that when you did the edit, the planes got deleted.
