No, I think that Berlin going to fall on round 18. On the other hand, even though the German fleet got flattened trying to sneak across the Atlantic on turn 15, we did at least make the move in time to try for the win, no matter how faint the hope. We thought about the alternate move using the German fleet to grab all the infantry in London to move back to the continent, but that seemed more to be just prolonging the game instead trying to win. I’ll have to remember to grab Iceland earlier next time, I kept thinking about taking from turn 5 on but never got around to it.

Good luck in the losers bracket. maybe try to not build so many art, trade territories with infantries and planes and only position a lot of units in front of a lot of your enemies units if you are absoutely certain we won’t be able to kill them effectively. Espacially don’t put planes where they can be killed.
I exchange I’ll try to remember to look out for sneaky subsurviving strategies that may cost me a lot of transports if I don’t think about my order of loss. -
In hindsight, I think we went worst astray on turn 1 when we tried to go after China, Russia, and India all at the same time. Probably should have just focused on India and the DEI to match the conservative German play. Oh well, always the next game.
