You can loose according to combat value so damage Capital Ships first. Then subs then DD, then Cruisers then Carriers, then Fighters, then Battleships if you get so far. If the same unit of different nationality will be killed take out first the ANZAC ones then British then American units.

I’d also like to replace the last survivor in Kansu by a Mech. It doesn’t affect the rolls since it was a mutual hit. If you’re okay with it I’ll edit it in Americas turn.

Ok since you seem to not know the implicaions of neutral violation:
When we attacked Turkey and Spain, that turned all the other true neutral pro Axis. So you could walk in Mozambique, Angola, Saudi Arabia and get the ICPs and the infantry from there. So if you want to redo Italys move now I think we should allow you that. -
