    I think I need Gully’s email address before I can start the forum game.  Or, being a tripleA newb, am I missing something obvious about adding the email address after starting?


  • You can add or alter the email adresses after the game started. My guess is that you will save the game before you hit the done button on the combat move to ask us if we want to scramble. When you load the game to proceed you can add another email adress as needed. For it to work extra email adresses in the cc field should be separated by space (ie hit the space button). No commas or quotation marks.

    Looking for scramble decisions in sea zones 110 and 111.  Hopefully I’ve done this right and the turn is saved just before I would click done for combat moves.

  • Any particular reason you choose the gameID 1802? In general I use the topicID to make it easy to match dice to a particular game. While I never put nothing but numbers in the gameID I figured you can name it tournament game or something for easy identification as well. However 1802 will work…  :-)

  • …well, here is the GB Combat Move. I need orders for the German sub in the English Channel (SZ110). GB is attacking with 1Cruiser, 4Fgt, Ger is defending with 1Battleship(damaged) 1sub. You can submerge. If both German ships score a hit, you kill a Fgt. If you submerge, you can keep your sub for later.

    The U-boat will help defend in the first round of combat, hoping to sink the cruiser.  If the cruiser hits, sink the battleship and then U boat will submerge.  The airplanes should fight next but can’t hit the defending U boat since there are no destroyers.  Submerge in the second round, no point in fighting the cruiser in defense.


  • …well, I’m not sure if that’s possible. I think GB will summarize hits and if the Cru and 1Fgt hits, both BB and sub will sink. Not sure how TripleA works with this, but I will test this evening. If it works as you said, I will do as you said with the sub fighting for one turn, then submerge. I’ll be away for a few hours anyway, no TripleA on this computer :-)
