so the axis must take either MOS or IND to achieve the Victory? Funny, I don’t even know the victory conditions?
I thought you were being sarcastic/sassy!!! LOL… To expand and clarify on Canuck’s post.
The Axis can win by achieving the correct amount of victory cities on either board. (So that’s 2 chances to win)
8 cities on the Europe side, 6 cities on the Pacific side. Then they have to hold said amount of cities until the end of the round.
The Allies win when the Axis gives up, or I belive, when they control 2/3 Axis Capitals. I’ll have to double check.
Also, the Fall of London IS the best course of action for an Axis win at this point. Especially since the Americans neglected to land. at 100 IPC’s a turn… with naval coverage, and some transports already built. There is little that can be done to save London.
I would build up to 10 transports, dump 20 units into scotland, and then go for the 40 unit smash the following turn, with 20 units a turn after that. The British won’t hold. and only MAYBE will the Americans be able to help. The Economic Campaign if the germans use sub raiding too will be brutal.
The hope for the allies at that stage, is a Russian Break out!
