I learned a couple of things. I didn’t know that UK could take a mech infantry from London to Eire without a transport, or that ANZAC could take over Java and NCM fighters to Java at the same time.
Eireland is connected to Scotland because of Northern Ireland.
Dutch East Indies are a special case. UK and ANZAC can take them over at any time by landing ground units. They can even just land planes while they are still Dutch. That only works for UK and ANZAC though; USA can only take them over if they were Japanese occupied.
Yup, these are some lesser known rules, but they’re straight from Larry Harris. Even more, I think that landing planes on them doesn’t make them yours, though. You have to have land units to get the IPC.

If you have version 2.7 or 2.8 it should add the +2. If a die rolls a “7” or “8” then it has already counted the “+2” for the hit.

I checked the MARTI DICE. The dice were 1 and 2. So 3. +4 bonus BMB = 7. It’s the correct amount of damage. Just bad dice.
