Hey guys, Noll just emailed me and said that I re-rolled some battles. The only thing that I can think of is that I was accidently on PBEM instead of Local Game when I was testing out my moves. I usually go through a couple of practice rounds to help plan my strategy, and I am almost positive that I usually do this on Local Game. Anyway, I should have known better and I am sorry. So to be fair, I will redue this move.

Vance, I didn’t see your message before I posted my move again. You are right, the first dice rolled should count. Since you are going next, would you be so kind as to edit Japan for me. I am not sure how to see the original rolls or how to post the edited map. I feel so stupid today.
No Problem Mayday. The only two battles that you rerolled by accident were z10 and Celebes.
For z10, the sub rolled a 5 and the destroyer rolled a 1. I think you missed the scramble (probably why you rerolled after I posted scramble orders) but it doesn’t matter anyway. So the destroyer and 3 transports stay and the sub is gone.
For celebes, USA rolled a 2 and then another 2 but was killed on the second round. Celebes is cleared but not taken.
Japan’s income goes down 8 to 59 because without Celebes you miss the NO.
Also, Russia forgot to declare war on japan last turn, so we are officially declaring war.
