But you ended your combat move with the transports in sz114 having already moved and therefore unable to make any further moves this turn. You moved your transports back to that seazone was a non-combat move.

I am not, this just turned into an income game all over again. I am so used to rushing and having games over before round 10, one side either wins or loses clearly.
I prefer full pacific usa solve pacific first, don’t really need russia with uk pacific and 3 factories in the middle east. uk just spams infantry to hold it. usa matches germany income to hold london. It is a race.
or with axis I do two races, usually I go for russia, but uk was in the 80% range so I couldn’t pass that up. Japan saw the opportunity to play conservatively and he did so up until now.
His last turn was really confusing because he only has 20% for hawaii in the event carolines got dropped. So I am really bummed out here.
Even though we are still up in tuv unit count and income etc or soon to be up again… the fact that there is no capital battles or final vc showdown for the next 5 turns again, is demoralizing.
I have to start dropping 1 dd with italy and scrambling 3 fighters or something soon, work italy back in the game, get more germans in the fight, while kicking america out… I would go all out russia, but I believe my odds are really bad on the attack. I could have taken 30% or something (if I bought all bombers then swung in the next turn), but japan was looking like pacific win so I passed that opportunity, which is my regret for this game. In a live game, I would have swung. At the time I wanted to encourage japan to go all in on something, which is what japan usually does and it usually works.
