You can SAVE the game file anytime.in battles where it really counts, either declare your OOL, or request the file after each set of dice. As for the tournament, if there is a battle where someone’s OOL isn’t observed, that whole battle will be re-rolled.
You can also roll the battle out seperately over the forum, after posting the combat moves, and then just EDIT/Move the results.
There are a number of ways to handle it, just use whatever method suits you and your opponents best.
You can also state for the benefit of your opponent, “I intend to submerge if this occurs”, or “Just give me BEST DICE in that battle”.

Things aren’t looking good for germany. Think I had 4-5 hits for 18 dice @ 3. You hit everything.
