    though that would be good for me, it is also quite silly.  even if russia and austria attack you, that is only 2 players.  prussia has no good route to you, and will probably have to defend his overstretched coast with sweden soon.

    the ottomans can handle having lots of people at war with them, because they are in a corner.  in the 1 vs. 1 player game, the ottomans are at war with england, austria, prussia, and russia, making them virtually surrounded.  they survive against this, and often prosper, because the other nations on the board distract their enemies (spain, france, sweden).

    so, even if you have 3 or even 4 or 5 people at war with you, do not despair.  instead, make alliances with their enemies and get them to relieve the pressure on you.

  • The point is that I am getting attacked already by two powers, now probably a third, and no one is attacking them. France even asked open borders to prussia. If nobody but me fights them the best way to “survive” is to become a protecorate of a strong country.

    As for political actions: nothing

    Ah, I was mixing my players up. I thought you were Ottomans for a minute (which I have a ceasefire with).

    I will sign a ceasefire with you, after I have removed Swedish naval influence from the north sea.

    So we will have to wait til next round for that.
