So, you have to change your Japan buy accordingly.

Well too many things would change, I would have taken FIC and PHI during J2, it’s too late now. I’ll just remove 10 IPCs from Japan’s last build.
I have 3 IPCs remaning, so remove 3infantries from Japan (9IPCs) and also remove 1IPC from Japan.
Sorry for the troubles. Now I wish I took those two territories J2.

I’m still tinkering them.

Sorry for the delay.
New problem : i want to NCM my fleet from Carolina to Hawai, and i can’t move 3 spaces although i own Carolina. Maybe it’s the result of all the previous edits…
So i’m gonna post the US turn with my fleet in wake, but it must be considered as in Hawai.
If you can fix this, that’s cool.
