Yes, kamikazes are used with low luck with that option on.

The consensus is that we’re wrong.

I’m not whining about the dice. It works both ways.

I remember rolling like 18 tanks @3 by hand (Germany stack just inside Russia) and getting like 3 or 4 hits in a table top game 1st roll (don’t remember the exact amount but it was pathetically below average). My stack was defending. I messed up where I placed it. It was against a guy with a screen name of Jonathan Rost (playing the Global 1942 setup).

I lost that game due partly due to that ridiculous outcome (probably would have lost it anyways, Jonathan is really good). Anyways, I understand that outliers occur. HOWEVER, they occur way too often it seems in triplea. However, I’m often I’m a benefactor.

So, it’s good to keep in mind that outlier outcomes, like 4 infantry rolling 4 defense hits 1st round while a stack of planes throws a miss, does happen; but it happens for both sides.

I do believe that AAA hit more than 1/6 overall against bombing runs.

okay thanks….I noticed it said I rolled a 3 and did 3 damage not 1+2. Thanks for the quick response.

Please dont take those “f–- off’s” by some as a voice from AAWC. The War Zone serve used by those playing in AAWC on the Hasbro CD is not owned by AAWC. The War Zone server is owned and controlled by a privet party (i believe someone from the Risk Lobby).

We can not control who comes into the War Zone, only those allowed to be members of the AAWC club. There are several players in the War Zone who are not active members of AAWC.

The AA50 ladder is now up and running at TripleA War Club.

The ladder is a rankings system, or an ongoing competition, using the TripleA program.  Ladder games are played on the lobby or via PBEM.

To join up, get an account with TripleA War Club and register for the ladder.

Each ladder match is a 2-game series, with each playing both Axis and Allies.

Like the Revised ladder, which used a set 9 bid, there is a set bid for the Allies in AA50.

41 low luck=11 bid
41 dice=8 bid
42 dice and ll=9 bid

Since every match is a 2-game series, the Ladder competition will soon provide reliable statistics on bids and game outcomes.

There are a wide variety of skill sets competing on the ladder…from novice to expert.
