Anyone looking to create a team? I’ve played 1-2 games of A&A Global, but have played 300+ games of A&A Revised on gamteableonline.

I’ve just noticed a possible major problem.  Is there anything (besides honor) stopping someone form just restarting their turn over and over again until they are satisfied with the dice?

All the dice will be posted here on the forum through the dice roller. Once rolled, it is impossible to change the dice because it will post in your game thread.

oh haeaelaelallll no, dice is done with triple A, the marty servers send you an email of the dice rolls. So you can check the rolls if you want.

None of this moderator posting dice rolls then deleting it and reposting dice rolls. Oh wait, that person is not playing… BUT STILL!

I hate typing out my dice rolls.

basically you click play by email/forum right. then you put the email addresses in the column. fill in all the info.

you do your turn you check the boxes and click post. the program logs in for you, types out your combat movement and everything, everyone’s income out etc. casualties all that.

The dice rolls come from a server (not internal program), the program takes the rolls in order and all that. the dice rolls get emailed to you and tell you what hit and missed.

So you can check and be good.

The nice thing is, you can look at the person’s turn history and tell if his combat moves were legal etc etc etc. none of this “where did that fighter come from bs”

you still play by the rules, just because the program allows usa to move near japan when not at war… does not make it legal. you still have to know the rules, but the same goes for battlemaps and live games.

Alright Garg, bump this tourney to a $300 one.  C’mon buddy, we’re gonna hit 30 teams or get pretty close to it. :-)

First off:

1. What rule-set are we using? 3.9? 3.14159? 52 pickup?

2. I have never played Global but am slowly being coerced by the organizer of this fine here tourney. Is there a Global vet out there willing to take me on as a partner and teach at the same time?
