round 6 deadline was june 30th. the 2 remaining games have not been completed and need adjudication.
wewin vs atlanta axis seems to be coming to the end. you might want to give them a small extension as the game is moving quickly and should be decided within a round(2 max). they are in round 22, allies have big statistical lead, but axis are making a push for 8vcs on the europe map.
the other game is my game so i will not comment on it here. let us know if you want a description as to why we are confident we will win.
the game is only in round5! so an extension wont do anything except drag the tournament down.

Well, atlanta axis has this now as the axis(board axis not the team AA) suffered some bad dice in their quest for that last VC. It was a longshot with how many US fighters could get there, but at least we had a shot at it.
Atlanta Axis defeats the optimistically but poorly named We Win.

As this is a double-elimination tournament, the winner of the top bracket would need to be defeated TWICE in-order to lose.
As there is a 50% likelyhood that Bolddutch will be the final contender, and that both Dairyqryn and Bolddutch are currently idle teams, I propose… no… demand that Bolddutch and Dairy Qryn begin playing a provisional match now!
Should Bolddutch defeat DairyQryn, the stage is set that if Bolddutch beats their contender in the survival bracket, that there is a one match, winner takes all final round between the two teams.
Should DairyQryn win, they have eliminated the ability of Bolddutch to claim the title from them, and bold dutch is relegated to winning second place (which I have deemed will have a mystery but very covetable prize).

this makes me LAUGH. Veq seems to me to be the type of guy who doesn’t “do well” with authoratay. i guess since he’s a developer of tripleA he must be concluding that his authoratay trumps that of the tournament benevolent dictator… NOT COOL. but if that’s the case, then he should not have entered the tournament and thereby implicitly agreed to abide by the VERY CLEAR ruleset.

well, if Veq refuses to go, it will be even more interesting if cow will be willing to go it alone or if he will FOLD. my bet is he will use it as an excuse opportunity to avoid losing two straight in disgrace. 8-)

i would like to state that the first game we played with DQ, both dutch and myself were COMPLETELY SLAMMED in both our work and personal lives. and I would also like to state that as bad as it was at that time for me, it is even WORSE now in terms of free time - even more busy at work and just having had a second baby and my brother’s wedding just around the corner. all this to say, i am still willing to follow the rules set forth at the start of this tourney and answer the call when it is demanded of me.
