yes.  it would be easier to make it to the final and beat you in 2 straight than to try to come back and win this one now that the dice have bludgeoned us yet again, this time probably fatally.  :lol:

yes the two quarter final matches of the losers bracket are wrapping up. The deadline is tomorrow. Then those winners play and we play the winner of that game for the chance to put Cow in his place once and for all.  1 match is in the twentieth round and the Ancients match is starting round 5 as usual moving at 1/4 the pace of a normal game.  That game would be a tricky call even if they were to play another 2 months.  :roll:

No wait today IS the deadline for this round!!  The ancients game started a month LATE.  May as well call it now, another month isnt gonna help much.

and if bold-dutch wins, we have to play them again since it is double elimination
and the winner from that is the grand champ?

i’m not sure i’ll even remember how to play global 1940 by the time my game comes up, but w/e, i’m still in

Veq if you are so sure bold-dutch will win (thanks for the confidence  :-P) then we can just go ahead and start the final now!  :lol:

And with COWluck dice you dont even have to know HOW to play the game.  Just move stuff and attack and such.

@dairyqryn - would you guys agree to a provisional final starting now, the results of which are only official if we eventually win the game against the winner of the eventual semifinal of the last chance bracket?

I’m in the process of moving back to the usa, and will also be going on a honeymoon soon, so I can’t really play for the next 2 months anyway.
We can play if/when the tourney gets to that point.
