Sorry, I think you are stuck. You will have to be inventive in how poorly you play, rather than in how to make the opponent better.

Artifical intelligence is not easy stuff, and axis and allies is a pretty open ended game so I don’t fault them too much. I’d reccomend you find some opponents to play using triplea.

I find that often when all of the players are experienced, one of two things happen:

it is very close for a very long time, and the game may go longer than 10 rounds by round 4 (or so) it is realized by both players that the game will likely go one way (or another) and one might as well save “playing it out to its most likely conclusion”.

he might have the PC version, and if you download that off the internet i highly doubt it comes with a full rulebook

My advice, fight the Eastern Front to contain the Russians outside of Eastern Europe, forcing them to choose between defending between Karelia or Ukraine if you need those 3 extra IPCs to end the game. Use the rest of those forces to protect WE and Africa. Remember a D-Day can ruin the Axis attempts at an EV. I’m interested in hearing your calculations on how to do it.
