@SeaYa another edit I forgot to put in the original post, for added strategizing, if the attacker has other sea units in addition to transports battleships and cruisers, those other surface ships can be used as casualties. To help the defender, there’s no limit to the number of coastal guns that can be placed in territories.

I thought this was hilarious. My friends decided to make a rule that combat decisions we only get 5 minutes and only 2 minutes for non-combat. They said it was because I took too long. I told them it was because the axis has so many units it takes a while. So I finally agreed and said I was the allies. So we started the game and my friend that made the rule was Germany and because of the time limit forgot to attack France. LOL.

A better solution would be 30 min for majors, and 15 for minors.
