@vodot Happy Thanksgiving! No there are no changes so far as of yet, the only issue is balance currently. The rulebook progress is not the greatest, i have been busy with a lot of work lately and had little to no time to work on it. I’m re-thinking the design of it, I plan on just having a google slide show of it, think that would be easier for the amount of information with this variant. Hope you enjoy, let me know if you have any feedback. I’m also here to explain rules if needed.

I have just started to play the BBR version just within the last weekend and we were able to get a few games in over the weekend. We are pretty experienced in the Axis & Allies universe as we have played on and off since the mid 80s…(yes, I am almost 60).

We did have a question about Casablanca as far as the Italian NO. Does it need to be occupied to for the Italians to receive the bonus or is just Morocco?

I’m playing an opponent who is preventing Vichy from occurring by having the UK attack Italy’s destroyer and transport in SZ96 from SZ98 with a destroyer, cruiser, tactical from aircraft carrier in SZ98 and a fighter from Malta. Italy’s destroyer is sunk (and transport). Then in the Non-Combat phase, UK loads the transport in SZ98 and lands UK troops in Southern France. Since France is still an ally at this point, this is legal and effectively prevents Vichy mode, since Germany will now have to take Southern France on its next turn. There isn’t any way to prevent this as far as I can tell.
