My strafe of Lithuania failed to inflict enough damage, and Now I need to recover and HOLD East Prussia to stop the advance of the Russian Horde.  This should be interesting.  I knew you wouldn’t be able to resist the 6 factory factor!

1)  Yes - I believe you have to conquer the circle, and then it essentially operates as your extended “capital”,  My guess is it’s kind of the resistance at home - fighting the us DOW on Germany.  and for the sake of the game I gather Germany can’t go and conquer that until you have taken it…

2). I bombed the hell out of you with Zepplins if I’m not mistaken?  I will review the whole turn with scrutiny…  the only other possibility is we are misunderstanding the convoy rules.
