    Attacking SZ109 with 2 U-boats. From what I have read between the new rules & past, I don’t believe fighters can be scrambled, as you have no Destoyer present. However, if it turns out you can, I will not attack there. Due to it being up in the air, at least on my end, I will play out all the normal combats, along with the potential scramble.

  • The SZ109 battle - you’re right - without a destroyer on my part the fighters can not dcramble.

    However! Subs on defense, without destroyers present, can submerge before battle if they choose. I would absolutely submerge in that (or most )situations when I could… although I wish I could keep the results! Do you want to leave your sbs there (I can’t touch them), or do something completely different with them?
