99% sure open communication is allowed. The extent to which it’s allowed is up to you, though. With my play-group we cut it off at “talk of general strategy is allowed, anything more specific is not.” We do it this way because of bad experiences where multi-player games would devolve into the “good” Axis Player and the “good” Allies Player forcing their teammates to obey their orders on what to do each turn, effectively turning the game into a 1v1 with a peanut gallery. That’s not much fun for anyone.
Need a ruling fast!!!! Please.

Russia may attack any Japanese territories at any time. However, If you are playing alpha+3, the Mongolian rule is nuralized.

Sorry, probably should’ve made clear that I meant Japan. I called it the “Home Islands” because Japan is made up of more than 1 island–and more than 1 is shown on the board.

The russians took korea so some of japans planes would not have the range to join the fight in sz 6 before an invasion of japan itself. And by the rules in p40 japan couldn’t use the kamikaze attack cause I didn’t take any of the islands that are required for him to us them. Boy did my friend get pissed! Once he cooled off he did raise a great point. Why isn’t japan included in the list of islands taken in order for them to you the kamikaze? He has a good point. What does everyone else think?

I guess if Japan falls so do the Kamikaze pilots?
