I see the USA collecting 75 ipcs, not 77.  They can’t take control of FIC from France since France is an ally, even if France has been conquered.  I have also put an american flag on Celebes.

Unless the rule has changed, if a power has been conquered, its territories do not get liberated but go to the new owner?

Jen has stayed out of FIC the entire game.

You know, that is always true in my games, unless I own India, yet I seem to have a lot of people trying to give it to England.

if the capital of the owner of that terr is under enemy control, if a friendly power would liberate, they would conquer instead.  if the capital is liberated, all of that power’s terr under friendly control reverts back to their’s.

I’ll wait for him to do Germany…
