-
england is ineligible for its NO. please be sure that you have not collected on that no on past turns when it was inappropriate.
-
I collected it only during round1 when I had all my original territories?
-
ok, yes I see that you didn’t collect it. i was thrown off by the fact that its NO was still indicated on the map. no problem. china is the same way but clearly you did not collect chinas NO either.
-
(I usually ignore the NOs on the map, too much hassle :-D

Corrigan I have a question:
How’s there’s 2 more inf in Finland? If you transported them, your transport should be in sz115 now. Please check it when you play Japan.
-
looked too fast, thought 114 was adjacent to finland (didn’t have to notice this in the days when the British fleet was sunk by this point in the game). i will put the trans in 115 (where he is still safe)

Everything twol;
Collects 55 (tt)
I propose to remove IRELAND from the Russian 3ipc NO, 'cause it looks TOO easy to bring an inf there with this setup.
-
(I forgot to adjust uk’s ipc on the map, they still show 58, please remove 3 during your turn)
-
we should just use Krieghund’s change – 3 ipcs for each original axis or pro axis tt on the atlantic side map.
in any case, they can’t activate until R6
-
I would like to modify the friendly neutrals rules as follows:
1.) invasions no longer persuade friendly neutrals to join you, instead
2.) invest 1-5 ipcs in lobbying for war
3.) roll a die, if it’s your investment or less, you persuade them to join your cause (this occurs on the purchase units phase)
4.) Can only influence neutrals in your sphere of influence which means Brazil leans to USA, and all other allied friendly neutrals lean to the UK, and all axis friendly neutrals lean to Germany. -
oh, and the USA can’t activate Brazil until they are in the war.
-
obviously a hostile invasion brings them into the war.
this also resolves what to do if somehow a neutral survives an attack, can they move afterwards? well now you know that if the UK attacks Iraq and the Iraqis survive, they become german units and move on the german’s turn.
