Just so you know, you can’t both bombard the Philippines and sink the transport. If there’s any combat in the SZ then bombardment can’t happen (even if the attack is air to naval instead of naval to naval).
However, since you didn’t use most of your carrier-based airforce anyways, I am fine with pretending those planes killed the the additional US unit rather than bombardment.
