I think with the new SBR rules, defending Sealion is nearly impossible. You had 64 IPCs of income in UK1 and UK2 combined, and 27 went to repairs! Plus, in 6 total bomber runs, you shot one down (which is exactly what you’d expect).
I think Sea Lion is unstoppable either way, but SBR makes it easier no doubt (unless you got horribly diced, like getting shot down by abnormally lucky interceptors)

He can!
You could for example attack an empty territory with 1inf, and then non combat all your stack (minus the airforce) there.
You can also activate a neutral this way, like Yugo in this case, with a 2movement unit. The mech inf is not blitzing in this case.
