It depends on what “work” means – in other words, on whether players would consider a Kursk scenario appealing. Conceptually, Kursk would be similar to A&A D-Day (minus the water) in the sense that the battle was fundamentally a frontal assault on a heavily-defended static position, and similar to A&A Battle of the Bulge in the sense that it would involve ground forces driving into enemy lines, but different from both games in the sense that from the German point of view Kursk was a pincer movement aimed at pinching off a salient, and that from the Russian point of view it was a two-stage offensive-defensive battle. Personally I think it has good potential to make an interesting game, if it’s designed properly.

U.S. Supplement sets are now available by the piece. Axis minors will be available by the piece by Sunday.
@coachofmany:
on your site it says that your neutral set will include light blue and ivory colors? is this true? i really hope you keep light blue
Yes, may not be first run of colors but they will be made.
The colors for the neutral set will be white, light green, light grey, orange, and light blue. HBG is shooting for sometime in March on these pending final color approval.
-
Cool , i was worried there since i wanted my dutch to be a blueish color. for me orange doesn’t feel right on them
-
how come the axis minor arent ready?

They must be ready since I have several sets of them already.

how come the axis minor arent ready?
Apologies… Looks like the individual pricing for the minors isn’t ready just yet. I would give it another day or two.
-
They are all fixed and ready to sell! Come get them!!!
-
Yep,
HBG has it’s “Axis Minors” units available at individual pricing. I added some more of some specific units myself. Thanks again, HBG.

Received a bunch of the Axis Minors and they look great! I especially like the infantry with panzerfausts. Now I am wondering what paint scheme to use on them or to just leave them as they are.

hey Variable, i was wondering if you knew if HBG was going to use the seafoam green color for HBG’s suppliment set, i think it would be good for India

I will match The UK and ANZAC color from OOB for sure. I want to do India and Canada, possibly the green from Revised and blonde from Dday. We will poll as the time get close!
-
i thought you were going to match up with FMGs Canadians color.

i thought you were going to match up with FMGs Canadians color.
This is a new wrinkle from FMG, I need to decide what is best for HBG, I have had a Canadian color that I paint for people well over a year and I cannot keep changing colors, it is not fair to my customers and is expensive for me. I will look into it as I approach that mold.
-
well i personally love the forest green for Canada, so if you keep it i would gladly buy them. would they be more of a complete set though? like bombers and such or are you going to suggest using the painted Canadians and just supplement them?

The first set would be a supplement like my others, I would come around and complete the set on my second set for Canada, South Africa, ANZAC, , and India (Far East Command)

I personally perfer u to color mAtch FMG canadiAn dice. It would give gamers the most options for unit choices.
