Since the US has not declared war on Japan, nor has Japan on the US because they are greedy for the 10 IPCs, the bmr from ANZAC cannot land in the Philipines.
I posted the question in the AAG40 FAQ thread for verification.

If the UK and Anzac have declared war on Japan and no state of war exists between Japan and the US, can ftrs/bmrs from the UK or Anzac land in the Philipines? If so, can Japan attack the planes that land in the Philipines without provoking the US into a state of war with Japan?
No they can’t land on the Phillipines because the USA is still neutral.

I make plenty of my own…by the way, since there is no air base in New SOuth Wales, the bmr cannot make it to Burma. You can change it on Russia’s turn.
I am a little too tired to think tonight, but I have tomorrow off and will do Germany then…that way I can sleep on whether or not to do the suicide attack in sz91 :-D

I realized a couple of mistakes were made in figuring Japan’s buys and income last turn.
Japan’s purchase

Japan had 46 IPC, and this buy adds up to 36. So there were 10 IPCs saved. Mistakenly thought a minor IC cost 20 instead of 12.
Also, when the income was calculated, I forgot to add the saved IPCs in the total.

Total income for this turn should be 53 + 10 NO + 10 saved = 73
Also, you forgot to list Anzac’s income. I believe it is 10 + 5 (NO for malaya and original territories) = 15
