Shouldn’t change anything to Russia : could you please put my 2tr from sz99 in sz81 instead of sz98.
Thanks. -
I think at this point the game’s fairly decided, what do you think?
-
It smells bad for Allies in Europe, and my Japan is not dead yet. If you switch 100% US income to Europe, my Japan will be ok within 2 rounds and then, it’s over cause you can’t compete very long with Axis earning so much.
If you Mix your US purchase like, say 30% pacific / 70% Atlantic, then Italy alone is going to give you some serious headaches…
Since i don’t even need moscou to win, you won’t be able to guard efficiently both Moscou AND Vol.
So, this should be over within 6 more rounds for sure if you don’t manage to do something spectacular like taking Italy AND keeping it, or France, or Egy…Odds are very good for an Axis win here (well, as i can see at my level of play).
-
Yeah I think that Taranto really tilted the game. I was willing to give you a semi-easy Sealion in exchange for the typical crippled Italy. That way Russia would be able to hold off Germany a bit longer than what happened.
A bit disappointing that the game was so skewed by one round of dice, but that’s kinda what I asked for when I did Taranto. I almost always head to 92 with the Med fleet but felt like doing something a bit more dramatic. :-P
You took advantage of it very well though. Up for a repeat? Maybe I’ll make less tactical mistakes.
-
Sure !
Do you want to play Allies again ?
Personally, i’m very glad with Axis…Why ? Because, i’m an Axisplaya !
-
I actually have played almost solely as the Axis with my friends!
So Allies have a very strange feeling to me, it’s pretty interesting to me to have to deal with so many things at once. And playing against a very competent Axis is quite fun for me.
Feel free to post a G1 when you’d like, either continuing this thread, or starting a new one. Either works fine for me. -
ok, let’s keep it simple: we continue this thread, and my G1 will be exactly the same as previous game.
So you can just go back to page 1 of this thread to see the map and the moves and tell me if you want to scramble in sz110.
