@SAS:
If you wouldn’t mind including your transport movements in your combat move listings, that would make it much easier to follow what’s going on. Thanks.Â
Normally I list anything that could be ambiguous. Like there was only one possible route to unload in Finland and Karelia. I see I failed to list whether the Z12 or Z7 transport took the infantry to France during combat move. This was an unintentional oversight. I’ll be more careful in the future.
Sorry this took me a week again. I’ll try to pick up the pace.
Sounds good, thanks

I had 5 infantry on Caucasus, not 4. You need to roll for the 5th defender in round 1 and if it hits, take another unit off. Then you need to roll round 2, because there is still a defending infantry.
-
Crud, I think I see what happened.
I changed my mind about the number of defenders on Cau (and for good reason, it looks like) and cancelled the movement of an infantry from Cau to Rus.The map I uploaded was correct. If the map conflicts with the typing, you should go with the map. If you’re not sure, you should ask. Did you download my map and use it or check it before proceeding?
I realize you may not want to attack Cau if it has 5 infantry. You may re-do your Italian turn if you like (if you’re going to abort the attack), or because you got a terrific roll on Cau (and Bel), you may proceed as I described, rolling the additional infantry and attempting to kill it in round 2. If you have some other proposal, let’s talk about it.
I’m sorry I forgot to delete the movement after I changed my mind, but I did upload the correct map. The uploaded map has 7 infantry on Russia and 5 on Caucausus.

Sorry, I didn’t notice the discrepancy on your map, though I did look at it. I’ll look again after work and decide upon my course of action.

Thank you, and I’m very sorry for the misunderstanding and inconvenience. I appreciate it. If you want to keep your result in Bel, I will not argue with that.

But of course! You got a scathing attack roll. Who would want to give up 4 out of 5 hits?
Lucky for me I got 3 of 5 infantry hits… You lose infantry, artillery and fighter on an attack you probably wouldn’t have even made if I had 5 infantry there, but I lose 4 infantry from Caucasus. Pretty much fair for both of us, don’t you think?

On your map you need to move the tank from FIC to Japan, remember?
-
Right, I’ll get that.
