Yes. 9 Infantry, 1 Artillery move from E. Persia to C. Persia just prior to any American attack on C. Persia. You still have a 1 in 3 chance of winning the battle.

The only way you can attack the dst in the Adriatic is to build an AC. I’m assuming that you won’t do that. -
Just FYI, Russia moves before China. So you have to attack with the Russian stack then reinforce with China if you want them all together.

I can do what I have been doing and that’s let china attack, then wait for Germany and italy, and then move the russians to where the chinese are before the japanese go.
That’s what I’ve been doing up until now.
