Technically you need to hold them for one complete round, but yeah, there are a few VCs that are just out of reach, so you’ll have it.
However, if we play for 14 VCs, I think that I’ve got a fighting chance.

I don’t dispute that by the african fleet was also moving away from you, staying out of striking range.

actually I do dispute this since on Axis 8 – they were in SZ 72 and they could only move as far as 70. They never had a naval base, we did.
