We’re using the latest rules that include the new NO for the American presence in France.

personally, I don’t understand why anyone would take the allies in the new setup, but as long as they are willing to take the allies without a bid, I’ve got to take the axis who I think are just unbeatable in the latest setup.

As long as Russia and Japan are not at war, and as long as ANZAC and French moves in the Atlantic half are conditioned on not being attacked by the italians, I propose to play this as an all axis turn, followed by an all allied turn.
