You wont be able to land the infantry if your retreat.  All of your naval vessels, including your TZ will have to retreat to a space they came from, so it will have to retreat to SZ 108 with all to make the plane crash in the ocean, not just the cruiser.

Well I got a 5% result in that defensive battle there too…things are looking pretty grim…
