i asked it in the FAQ, but maybe you know the answer:
Since you attacked some russian units in a territory adjacent to Mongolia, does it trigger the 6 russian inf in Mogolia ?
The wording on the Larry Harris site reads “If the Japanese attack any Soviet territory that is adjacent to any Mongolian territory”
I think it has to be under Soviet control, so it could never happen in China. If I’m wrong, I might want to change a few things though.
