I don’t mind any redo or reroll or use of low luck rules for the US and UK if you want to see how it plays out.
For turn 8, our economies are pretty well balanced, both sides hovering around 160 IPCs. It’s hard to say, but I think the balance of power is also about equal. Italy and the USSR are both under threat but neither are going to fall anytime soon.
Also, I’ve been interested by how you chose to split US forces. I was surprised when you started going Atlantic even though Japan’s economy was doing well. But after a few rounds it looks like the Allies can hold Calcutta for long time unless Japan is willing to sacrifice in China and/or the DEI.

My US rolls in Egy have been good. Actually, i was just hoping to get 5 hits and i got 6, so i can’t complain. Usually, i don’t whine like that after a bad roll, it happens. But there, that’s something like 7 or 8 games in a row where i get diced on every important battle…
I see the position as slight edge for Axis now. All i need is taking (and Keeping Egy), and then i have some reasonable chances.
I will probably take the reroll you offered to me this week-end for that UK assault in Egy, once i’ll be calmed down. :-D
