I believe in this version, allowing Sealion is not such a big deal. When russia is played properly, they become so big that they can defend themselves so well and for so long that it gives better winning chances for the allies than an all out Barbarossa.
SeaLion is now only interesting when UK underdefend UK, or get horribly diced in the opening round, IMO

In Alpha 2, i am pretty sure that it is not.
In Alpha 3, whit the big UK buff, i think Taranto might be universal. Garg says it is, and the more i play it, the more success i have with allies…The key for allies is really : keep the Italians down, at all cost. -
Well, I hope I’m on the right-ish track. Though I should have just gone bombers for the US to (potentially) stop UK convoy.
