In addition to Young Grasshopper’s point, you seem to be sending up outnumbered interceptors. Don’t do this. Leave them on the ground until you have probably more defenders than attackers. Defenders can be worthwhile on the ground in the sense of tying down the Luftwaffe though. If the odds are even, trading fighters for fighters is a negative for the defender in the event of a sea lion.

Germany cannot go “hog wild” with a competent UK/Soviet player without some truly decent dice luck. Germany can push up to Moscow, but they often times can’t take Moscow immediately. That, and they can’t really spend their resources in any way but to facilitate as much power as is possible against Russia, or risk losing a turn (or worse, two), toward the eventual goal in the east.

Right about the time the European Axis are crashing the gates or ducking south for that sweet, sweet Caucasus/Volgo/Middle East money, America should be turning around or have already turned around form the Pacific.

On the other hand, Japan fucking can go hog wild without American intervention: J1 DoW specifically. I favor 100% Pac buys as the US (apart from maybe the first 52 or a sub or two a turn or whatever else, depending on a ton of situations that can’t be covered here) because the sooner you can start crumpling up Japan, the sooner you can go try to play hero in Europe.

It might be worth mentioning that Hawaii and Gibraltar are “only” two turns away from one another. It is not impossible to change your mind. It’s usually not the best idea, mind you, but it is an option, and it is occasionally useful.

Except doing so meant, I’d give italy egypt, get rolled by japan and be totally out of the game, all for the sake of london.

idk…… you usually need those planes to fight russia, and like you said, britan wont be doing many landings anyway…

If i could make a suggestion, it sounds like you’re doing well, something to think about is what to do with the rest of UK.  It can’t capture territories on the Europe board, and therefore isn’t going to be a help in liberating the homeland.  I’d suggest India produce just enough troops to defend their holdings and perhaps SE Asia(although ANZAC should be defending here), after that it becomes a race to try and get as many british units into Moscow as possible.  An Arm/Mech/ftr is 20ipcs, and should arrive in time to defend the gates of moscow.

Be prepared for a love hate relationship with the political situations.

“Facilities” Have fire as per the rules of an AA gun if they are strategicly bombed, they fire at bombers only.
