Very sorry, didn’t realize until I saw your NO. I should obviously have DOW end of US3 and collect my NOs i.e. +25IPCs, which would also have denied you your NO this round. Would it have changed anything you do this round, since you can then attack Philippines? Feel free to re-do.
Btw, I think I’ll have to pull out of the team game, too much going on recently and can’t play as much. It’s dragging out anyways. You mind carrying on for US in that game too?
