Am I correct that UK Pazific and UK Europe can’t earn or expend ICP in the other theater even if the other Power lost it’s capital. So say I conquer Calcutta you can’t receive Money for the UK DEI and Wind and can’t produce in Wind?

Sorry about Sfe…and yes the only way I can produce in Wind is if Japan or an axis player takes it, and the US, USSR, or Anzac liberate it while India is held, they can use it, but never UK.
