You collect the money of a captured enemy capitol only once, not every turn. France did not collect income, neither did Germany collect the income of any french terretories it did not occupy. You can only collect income frome terretories you control at the end of your turn. If an friendy nation liberates one of your terretories, you collect this income at the end of your next turn. (Eg. If Italy liberates Holland, Germany collects these 3 IPC at the end of its turn).
Germany only collects:
30 IPC (original ter) -3 (holland) + 2 Yugo + 2 Finland +1 Bulgaria + 2 Normandy + 4 France = 38 +10bonus +3 not spend = 51 IPCYes, I ment Novgorod.
as far as my reccords go, you don’t have any transpots which can reach midway, especially non at sz6.

i did not know that, because in my AAE40, AAP40 and AAG40 games right now, never was a territory liberated. (i am playing since the spring of this year, having played 8 times AAE40, twice AAP40, and this is my second global game)

there is a naval base in japan, so the tranny can move 3 zones. sz17 is the first, sz24 is the second, and the sz around midway is the third and last one.

I missed this post.
so, its fine to me, just roll your dice and PLEASE, post ALL non-combat move in one post, so that no move gest lost (if you don’t post your noncombat moves, i have to assume, those pices stay where they were at the beginnig of your turn. This could lead to attacks of allied forces on fleets, you intended to move, but forgot to post. please doubble check your posts before collecting income.

3inf + art: no. I did not look good enough and i missed the opportunity to cut off the burma road… :-( :-(
fleet sz19: the cruiser from there is in sz35 (around the philipines) and the sub is in sz21
About the IPC thing: this is my second AAG40 alpha 3 game, so i must get used with the national objectives. -
