So, I’ll just come out and explain that Italian CV purchase….because I’m sure you are thinking :?
1.) It can not be sunk by the French or Russians, the only Allied powers to go before Japan.
2.) Japan can bring to z80
-2 SS z39
-1 fig, 1 tac z42 and land on Italian CV
-2 sbr from Sze can attack z80 (5 moves) and land in Irq.
It is probably a pretty even battle (6 hits and dice rolls vs 6 hits and dice rolls), but a bit in my favor because my units have a higher attack value than your defenders. The first round will probably decide the outcome of the battle. Anyways, I had to retaliate for the sinking of my “for show only” Italian fleet you know! :-D

Hmm….can you fly over Russian Soil while not at war with Russia ?
If yes, that’s my bad, thought you couldn’t, and i’ll get my ass kicked in sz80, no problem.
Also, if you can’t fly over Russia and you want to redo your Italian purchase and moves, no problem with that either.
