ya know I thought it would be wise to declare war on the Uk as JPN and to take out the UK BB in z37. what do you think? Perhaps since I DOW on france I should have done it for UK too?

I used too, but then America gets in the war and you have a really hard time dealing with everything at once so early in the game.

No, you can be in SZ 112 or SZ 113 to repair your battleship.
