Lucky it has come to my attention that I had two illegal builds with Japan. I thought that destroyers were 7 but instead they cost 8. I dont know what we can do to rectify the situation. I apologize for the error.

Seems when you bought a destroyer in Japan 2, you paid 8 but when you bought 4 destroyers in Japan 3 you paid 7 each. So let’s just deduct 4 from your account to make it simple. Am I missing the second buy you are referring to?
