Just got on to correct you, when I realized in the shower you bought 12 units. I thought maybe you put them all in WUS which is not allowed, but you didn’t! Good job remembering the limit on WUS - I think a lot of times we all forget the production limits of the USA because we rarely hit them. Always cool when someone does - kudos. Although the 12 in EUS is more impressive. Maybe you should build 12 units there next turn :wink:

I was just looking at the board and trying to imagine what I would do if I was Axis. I really don’t know. Japan is down to 28 income and is facing a tremendous assault. Although the Allies have been battered in consecutive rounds on the western Russian front, they are fighting only a one front war and have the combined power of the three Allies to defend. It looks hopeless to me, so if you are able to formulate something, I will be quite impressed. The good news for me is I don’t have to worry about can-openers since I am not on the offensive with Russia!  :-P

It gets difficult to assess games like this, but I’m not sure who’s going to win this. I’m liking my chances a whole lot better now. Won’t say much else to avoid tipping my hand. -
I know. But the 28 income is before my Jap turn, Luck. I could earn 39 if I really wanted to. And I’ve been taking in 50 or so for the last several turns, and have a considerable airforce. I’m threatening to take over a lot of Africa. I also am looking to move to EUk, and you can’t hold Caucasus and Russia both. If I can build 4 units a turn in Caucasus, you might have issues. I don’t like to divulge my plans to an opponent, but I’m not planning anything really tricky. I’m not sure you see the possibilities, and you never know what the dice will do. I’ll give up when I’m good and ready.

Also, Germany with a 55 income has a 1-front war - facing absolutely no resistance from the West. I just picked up both NO’s for Italy, so I’m collecting 5 a turn. That’s a good number for the Axis. I think you’re writing up my obituary prematurely. You definitely have the “upper hand” as JWW would say, but don’t count me dead just yet.
