I actually expected that Pacific Fleet of mine to be toast… Just hope I can take yours down with it.
It’s clearly an Attackers advantage; although I did take 3 Tac’s out of the question (you would have creamed my fleet with those but you will take heavy losses I assume); I was kind of hoping an extra fighter/tac from KWA would have scrambled and been lost as well :lol:I have no idea with Japan, I’ve never played a game this far yet but it sounds like they can last a long time.

Yeah I knew I would lose the battle there, but really, 8 hits, 5 hits, 3 hits on defense… I was thinking 11 hits first round little own only 16 in total
Like I said earlier I would trade any amount of small battles of good dice for the larger more important ones; you can replace these losses in like 1-2 turns and any major allied advancements just got stopped; oh well I figured if the dice went a little bad for either you or me on 1 round in a large battle like that it would be a disaster.

That’s right, 1 bad early round for me and it’s all over in the pacific. Happy to get my share of good luck for once. Still, it did cost me a lot. and i don’t have anymore the capacity to rebuild as fast as you.

I can’t send a DD against the SZ 20 fleet without you using a Kami attack correct?
I think my sub by itself is ok but a DD you can target in this case even though it’s not a Amphi assult?Do damaged units have to stay at the naval base right away or they can repair and move on the same turn?
And Can ships move through SZ 99 to SZ 100? -
You right about the kamis. if you send the dd, i can use them.
My boats will be repaired at the begining of my next japan turn, before any CM.
You can’t go to sz 100, otherwise, you have to DOW all neutrals, then when you have taken Turkey, you can pass. But DOW on any true neutral will turn them all into Axis friendly neutrals…and believe me, you don’t want to do that… :-D
