I think we had a problem come up about when the US delclares war and convoy raiding. The US declares war at the start of Collect income phase on US 3. Then, convoy raiding happens. I have never before had Axis ships in US waters at this time, but I raided you for 3 ipc (two ipc in z10 and one ipc in z 26). If you would have only done a DOW on Germany and Italy, then you could’ve avoided the convoy raiding. I’m ok if you want to change your DOW to reflect that so you can keep the 3 ipc. If not, then I think the convoy raids would have happened.
No big deal either way.
Well, to be honest, i would say that i just didn’t think of it at all when i played….So just remove 3 IPC from US income on the IPC chart.
But you’re completely right, that was a stupid mistake from my part to DOW Japan. It costed me 3 IPC.

Per rules, strategic bombing raids come first, then amphibious assaults, then everything else. One thing that I am uncertain about is when I have my sbr and tac bombing the same facility, do I roll separate AA gun fire so that the strategic bomber has a better chance of getting hit? This I don’t know. So, I will say that the first dice is for my sbr. Then I will ask this question in the faq thread. If I can choose, we can go back and amend my casualty and the damage to the facility if needed (simply add +2 to what ever the tac would roll in this case)

I am not sure how to roll for SBRs since they don’t “hit” on a specific number so I will simply roll two dice for each. For the Naval Base, my first die roll will represent my strategic bomber and have +2 added to it.
