Looks like Egy is a fortress now. With UK numbers seriously decimated I don’t stand a chance at the moment. Had thought you would need your airforce back on eastern front but doesn’t seem like Russia can make much of a dent either.
My only hope is w china now :-P -
To my thinking, forcing Germany to turtle this early in the game is a good sign. It won’t fall fast, but I won’t win fast either.

I hope so. This is my first allies game that I didn’t screw up (completely that is!), although there’s been a few rather major blunders. Germany is not really turtling, you’re just active in Africa and Medit instead, which makes for a stronger Italy to help defend Europe later too. I’ve yet to turn it into any real advantage yet. I’m not too sure if China will hurt Jap economically at all in the long term, as you have the NOs from Haw and islands.
