Re naval movement, can you move ships in non-combat into a sea zone where I have a) a sub, or b) a surface warship?
It may affect my non-combat movements
If there’s just a enemy sub present, I can move any naval units there during my NCM.
If there’s an enemy surface warship present, I can’t move any ships into that SZ during NCM.
But I can Mobilize new naval units in SZs next to an IC even if there’s enemy ships there.
I am guessing you’re thinking about SZ64 … I can’t non-combat anything into SZ64.
I’ll wait to hear back before I do US4.
