Hmmm that was a v costly mistake! I changed my purchase to have a destroyer to block so you can’t attack Jap, then I forgot to redeploy all planes to Kwa since I don’t need them to fly back anymore!
Too late here, will need mull over this more.
If the only thing you would have done different is deploy all planes in China to KWA, then I can change my Pacific theatre UK3.
However, I keep spotting additional mistakes made on Japan 3 that must be fixed.
It is not possible for your to have 8 inf, 4 art, 1 aa gun in SHE on J3. It looks like you double moved 1 inf, 1 art, and the aa gun.
You have 2 infantry on CAR when it should only be 1. CAR had 8 inf on J2, but still has 2 left after 7 of them sailed to SZ27 on J3.
Finally, you shouldn’t have had 2 inf left in KWA since you used 3 out of 4 infantry from KWA to attack YUN. KWA should have had only 1 inf at the end of J3 (this totally messes up my attack on KWA since you got extra rolls and extra casualties).
So not only are there illegal moves, you also added land units somehow.
Sorry about that. Playing late at night after a long day at the office is taking its toll. You’re absolutely right about Car (I somehow didn’t optimize my TT slots earlier), China too as it was an afterthought to throw an extra Inf in Kwa just in case and to push whole stack up to She. No excuse for very sloppy play that has seen this round drag for almost 2 wks.
I’m starting to think this whack US strat is a serious no go, I have to keep the squeeze on Philippines, Alaska etc. to deny US as much resources as possible the next round, but it stretches me in all directions. Notice your Rus and US reaction is getting better and better with each iteration. But heck, I’m just too curious to see what happens.
So, here’s Japan3 yet again, take 4 or 5.

The convoy disruption of the West Coast and the loss of almost all US NOs will take a long time to counter, so I wouldn’t count Axis out.
Also, I don’t mind if you take longer between turns if it will let you play at 100%.
erm, think I’ll change my purchase to downgrade the des to SS and buy 2Inf, else not enough to pressure Phi. so it becomes:
44IPCs buy 1TT(7), 5SS(30), 2Inf(6) save 1 instead, place all in Jap and z6.
Collect 45+1=46IPCs.

This is much more conservative against China, no chance of attacking Kwa without you losing more planes than I do, yet I preserve option of reinforcing Jap. I would gladly have re-done your US and China moves for you, but think you prob will improve them some more?
Hopefully this time no more mistakes :-P
I’ve over-stretched by committing to too many games, totally my fault :-D Longer wait-time between turns can also mean I forget my strategy and make more mistakes…I’ll just have to dial back and be more conservative wherever I can.
Will wait up for your post to make the most of what’s left of this weekend.
US won’t change much. I’ll asterisk any NCM that’s different.
