I hate to give you a hard time, but it isn’t legal to have Japanese sea units within two sea zones of the Western United States (or Alaska territories) until Japan is at war with the United States.

I live in Buffalo (in New York State) GMT 4 at the moment. We switch to GMT 5 in a few days for Daylight Savings Time.
